MK46 Featherweight LMG | AEG | Defect/Project

 MK46 Featherweight
 Polymer/plastic replica.
 This replica is up for sale because I have so many projects lying around and want to make some space. It has been in the shed for some time and is a bit dusty. Visually, there is little damage visible.

 Externally, the previous owner applied grey color here and there to create a sort of worn/used look. As far as I can tell, this replica is externally fully complete. The original bipod is also attached and is functional.

 Internally equipped with a V2 gearbox.

 Missing parts (as far as known)
- Motor (long type)
- No warehouse / box allowed

Other defects:
- Hop-up unit missing parts.

Is the replica usable?
The gearbox has been tested and is functional. I used the motor for another project.

The hop-up unit is equipped with an Allen screw. Normally, a nub and the wheel to adjust the hop-up belong in this location.

The replica has not been tested for feeding!
The replica has not been tested on a chronograph!

All in all, quite an interesting project for someone who would want something like this. Thanks to the V2 gearbox, it might also be a nice basis for an HPA build.

You buy what you see in the photo. Again, this is a replica that still needs some work.
