Here is your solution, a bag that literally fits everything in one go and is on wheels.

This bag is constructed in 2 layers.

You can put your stuff in the top (plate carrier, etc.)

And at the bottom, your replicas.
There are no tears or anything like that in or on the bag.
The zippers all still work fine.

There is room for 2 replicas under the bag.

The bag is reinforced with 2 small pieces of wood so that it does not sag.

The bottom of the bag is lined with foam. (See photo)

I have used the bag in 3 skirmishes, so it is as good as new.
