- The PX4 has been marketed by Beretta since 2004, a company that has redesigned and improved a closed-bolt firing system with a rotary barrel.
- The weapon has been seen in films such as Die Hard 4 and Intreception, starring Bruce Willis and Leonardo DiCaprio!
- Tokyo Marui has designed a very good replica, a metal example. The slide and stock are marked "PX4 CUSTOM" and feature the serial number. The Beretta logo is also present.
