GUARDER V4 Tappet Plate for PSG-1
During the operating cycle, it controls nozzle movement – retracting it to create space for a BB to feed into the hop-up unit and then allowing the nozzle to return forward to the hop-up bucking before firing. Correct tappet plate travel and timing are therefore important for reliable BB feeding and proper sealing of the air seal system. The part is made from durable polycarbonate and is primarily intended as a replacement for a damaged or worn original tappet plate; it does not change gun performance or firing characteristics on its own. During installation, we recommend checking that the tappet plate moves freely along the gearbox guide surfaces, is correctly connected to the nozzle and completes its full operating travel without binding.
