Premium Gas 4.Zero

When standard gas no longer cuts it, NUPROL 4.ZERO steps in. This is the highest-pressure silicone-free formulation within the NUPROL range—built specifically for heavy bolt rifles, DMR platforms and reinforced, high-mass gas blowback systems that demand maximum driving force.

Designed to match the output profile of 4.0 while eliminating silicone content, 4.ZERO delivers uncompromising power in a clean-running configuration. For advanced users, this means complete control over lubrication routines without unwanted oil contamination inside the system—critical for precision-tuned rifles and upgraded internal setups. Heavy steel bolts, extended bolt travel and reinforced recoil systems create significant mechanical resistance.

4.ZERO is engineered to overcome that resistance with ease, delivering ultra-high-pressure output while maintaining a controlled and predictable pressure curve. The result is reliable cycling, consistent recoil impulse and stable FPS performance—even in cold or harsh environmental conditions. At the core of this performance lies NUPROL’s proprietary micro-dose trace additive expansion system.

This technology ensures rapid and efficient gas expansion within the magazine, stabilising pressure during each shot and maintaining consistency during sustained firing sequences. For high-performance rifle builds operating at the edge of mechanical limits, this level of control is essential.

Range Overview: The NUPROL Gas Range is a structured propellant system developed specifically for gas blowback performance. Built around a refined propane base and enhanced with a proprietary additive expansion system, it delivers stable pressure output, predictable cycling and consistent FPS behaviour across a wide range of platforms. From low-power 1.0 to ultra-high-pressure 4.0, each gas grade is engineered to match specific mechanical loads and operating conditions—allowing users to select the correct propellant for their setup rather than compromising performance. The ZERO series, including 4.ZERO, provides silicone-free alternatives for users who prioritise internal cleanliness and controlled maintenance. Available in both compact field formats and full-size 300g cylinders, the NUPROL Gas Range is designed for players, technicians and retailers who demand reliability, flexibility and performance at every level.
