The mount takes the form of a clamp that attaches directly around the body of a 40 mm diameter suppressor. This means there is no need to replace the handguard or significantly alter the characteristic appearance of these rifles when installing a flashlight, laser or other accessory. The mount is designed primarily for LCT AS VAL, VSS Vintorez, MRK VAL and LGM VAL models with the corresponding suppressor diameter. Its construction combines SK7 steel and T6 aluminium, providing the necessary strength while maintaining a low weight of just 60.4 g. The PK-227 is a simple solution particularly for players who want to retain the original handguard of their VAL / VSS platform while creating a mounting point for a tactical flashlight, laser aiming device or PEQ / DBAL box.
