The DS 2011 5.1 uses a 110 mm long inner barrel, generates approximately 350 FPS, and operates in a semi-automatic firing mode.

Aesthetics, superior performance, functionality, attention to detail, and reliability in even the harshest environments perfectly describe DS 2011 5.1. In addition, outstanding materials and thoughtful design will meet the expectations of even the most demanding users.

This model has numerous features, such as improved groves on the slide, high-visibility fiber optic front sight and custom rear sight, skeletonized trigger, titanium nitride style barrel, ambidextrous safety lever, and grip safety. This precise finish replica features a tactical flared magwell for quick reloading and utilizes a non-slip serrated texture on the grip surfaces, increasing user comfort and enhancing stability. It also features a Picatinny rail for mounting light amplification modules and laser designators.

The easy-to-handle and comfortable item offers solid, durable, high-quality construction: the slide and frame are CNC machined aluminum. On the other hand, the grip scales are injection molded from polymer. Authentic trademarks of a Salient Arms pistol and deep engravings on the slide and frame significantly boost the aesthetic of the airsoft weapon. On the inside, Salient Arms provides quality parts that ensure long-term usage and precision of each shot.

The DS 2011 5.1 implements a robust gas blowback (GBB) system that imitates recoil and slide action during firing. It provides an exceptional and realistic user experience, like shooting an authentic pistol. Furthermore, the handgun offers an adjustable hop-up mechanism to improve the BB's accuracy and stability during the shot.
