For easier identification of the individual GHK generations, the older versions are designated V1 (2014–2017) and V2 (2018–2023). Its construction combines high-quality injection-moulded composite polymer with a stainless steel nozzle tip. This design increases the durability of stressed components while also providing improved resistance to cooldown during operation of the gas system. At the heart of the design is the RA-TECH Magnetic Locking system working together with NPAS adjustment. The system allows the amount of gas used for firing to be adjusted, thereby regulating muzzle velocity and power according to the requirements of a particular setup or field limits. The design also focuses on more efficient gas use, more consistent muzzle velocity between individual shots and smooth BB feeding. Based on our experience, it is possible to use the V3 NPAS loading nozzle with a GHK V2 bolt carrier. However, this is not guaranteed to be a direct drop-in replacement for every V2 setup. On some models, proper operation may require modification of the nozzle stopper or its replacement with a steel part. Installation in a V2 therefore requires checking the specific setup and potentially carrying out manual fitting (or you can purchase the V2 NPAS loading nozzle directly). The Type 3 designation does not refer to the construction of the loading nozzle itself. The loading nozzle, its internal components, stainless steel tip and magnetic NPAS system are identical in the Type 1, Type 2 and Type 3 variants.
