The nozzle is precision CNC-machined from EN AW 6012 T6 aluminium alloy and features one internal sealing O-ring. It seals the connection between the nozzle and cylinder head outlet during movement and helps reduce unwanted air loss. Depending on the specific length variant, the weight ranges between 1.1 and 1.4 g. When replacing the nozzle, we recommend checking not only its length but also its free movement on the cylinder head and correct contact with the hop-up bucking – the interaction of these components is important for reliable BB feeding and a proper air seal.
