Beginner M4 S-AEG Recommendation

I'm looking for a German-legal M4 S-AEG with a muzzle energy of 1.0–1.2 joules. It must have the required F-in-pentagon marking and be semi-automatic only, as required by German law.

I prefer a compact CQB model (8–10 inch barrel) with an ETU/MOSFET and a budget of up to €150. The rifle should be reliable and suitable for regular airsoft games.

As a complete beginner, I'm looking for the best possible complete starter package within my budget. Since I only have €150 to spend, I'd like a package that includes everything I need to start playing, such as a battery, charger, magazine(s), and any other essential accessories.
