The normal size fits the vast majority of people and was intended to be issued to most soldiers. The size can be considered Medium–XXXL. The purple vest is intended for smaller soldiers, either those with a small build or who are short.

However, it also works for most people who want a slightly smaller and slimmer vest. Our personal opinion is that the smaller vest fits better on people up to size Large if you know that you will only be wearing a field jacket or combat shirt underneath. The normal vest becomes somewhat unnecessarily large.

Produced for the Swedish Armed Forces, but the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) rejected these due to the NIR compatibility of the seams. This is not something that matters to the average person.

Originally marked with Swedish Crown property markings but decommissioned by FMV. The markings have been cancelled in an appropriate manner without affecting the function of the item.
