Gas blowback, CO2 or electric pistol?

A gas blowback (GBB) pistol runs on green gas stored in the magazine; the slide cycles with every shot, the trigger resets like the real thing and the slide locks back when empty. It is the most popular choice for skirmishing and training. CO2 pistols use a 12 g capsule instead and keep their power when the temperature drops, which makes them a strong pick for winter games, though the kick is harsher on internal parts. Electric pistols (AEP) run on a small battery, have no blowback and shoot gently: cheap to run, reliable in any weather and well suited to younger shooters where local law allows.

Which platform suits you?

Use the platform filter to jump straight to a Glock, Hi-Capa, 1911, M9, P226, USP or MK23. Hi-Capa models have the largest upgrade scene and are the speedsoft favourite; Glock and M9 replicas suit a milsim loadout; the MK23 is the quiet choice for stealthy play. Check the magazine capacity and whether spare magazines are available before you commit to a platform, and add a holster that fits the model.

Who can buy an airsoft pistol?

We sell airsoft pistols to adults (18+) only. UK customers need a valid defence, such as UKARA registration, to buy a realistic imitation pistol; without one, choose a two-tone version. Pistols fall under the UK 1.3 J limit for automatic and 2.5 J for single-shot replicas, and most sit well below. Germany, France, Italy and the Netherlands apply their own rules, and the checkout follows the law of your delivery country. You will also need green gas or CO2 and 0.20 to 0.25 g BBs.
