It is located inside the nozzle and helps seal the connection as the nozzle moves along the cylinder head, preventing unnecessary air loss during firing. Constant nozzle movement mechanically stresses the O-ring and can gradually cause deformation, wear and a subsequent reduction in air seal performance. As part of regular servicing, we recommend replacement approximately every 10,000 BBs fired or once a year, whichever comes first. When replacing it, it is also advisable to check that the nozzle moves freely along the cylinder head without binding.
