Product description

The motor pinion assembly and disassembly tool from Element is a necessary aid when replacing the electric motor pinion in AEG firearms.
This high-quality steel helper is used for replacing pinions in type-O electric firearm motors, which are firmly press-fitted.
The pinion is usually press-fitted into the rotating motor shaft, making it very difficult to attach or detach with other tools.

With this tool, you can easily attach and disassemble pinions by simply placing the motor in the appropriate position and turning the attached handle!
Two small parts, which are parts, increase stability by being placed in front and behind the motor when the pinion is firmly fitted and center it.

Precautions when removing and attaching the pinion:

  • Depending on the type of motor, the pinion may be fixed with a screw - this must be loosened!
  • If this tool is used without loosening the screw on the pinion, serious damage to the motor may occur.
  • Always make sure the motor does not have the pinion fixed with a screw (or loosen it) before use!
