Speedloaders

A speedloader is a tube or pistol-shaped hopper with a plunger that pushes BBs into a magazine through its feed lips. The basic 100-round tube works for any 6 mm magazine; larger loaders with an adapter fill a mid-cap in a few strokes and hold enough BBs for several magazines. Pistol speedloaders have a narrow nozzle for gas magazines and revolver shells. The compatibility filter shows loaders for AEG, pistol and shotgun shells. If you carry more than two mid-caps, a speedloader is not optional.

Cleaning and lubrication

Airsoft guns need very little, but what they need is specific. Silicone oil, never petroleum-based oil, keeps gas magazine seals and hop-up buckings soft; a drop in the fill valve of a magazine every few cans of gas prevents leaks. A cleaning rod with a patch of cloth and a little silicone oil pulls dust and plastic residue out of the inner barrel and restores accuracy; an unjamming rod clears a double feed. Clean the barrel every few games and after any muddy day.

Tools for upgrades

Allen key sets, screwdrivers for Japanese-standard screws, a spring compressor and a gearbox shim kit cover most jobs in gearbox and internals. Grease for gears and lubricant for cylinders complete the bench. All maintenance products are unrestricted and ship with any order.
