NATO Combat Helmet ballistic - Black Medium size

Hello everyone,

for financial reasons I need to sell some of my collection. 
This is a ballistic NATO Combat Helmet from the year 2003 in black. Unfortunately I am not sure about its origins. I would rate the condition a 6,5 out of 10. 

Because the helmet is old, I cannot guarantee the ballistic protection.

Hoping for fair offers. Shipping is possible at the buyers expense. I would prefer if someone would come and pick it up here in 52511 Geilenkirchen (Germany) - close to Übach / Landgraaf.
