All prices in the Airsoft Bazaar webshop include VAT. Which rate is on your invoice depends on the country we deliver to. This article explains how that works, where you find your invoice and what to do when you order for a company.
VAT per country
Airsoft Bazaar is registered in the Netherlands and uses the EU one-stop-shop (OSS) scheme. That means we charge the VAT of the country of delivery, not Dutch VAT, for every order inside the EU. The price you see in the webshop is the price you pay; the invoice shows the VAT share at the rate of your country. A few examples of standard rates:
- Netherlands and Belgium: 21%
- Germany: 19%
- France and Austria: 20%
- Spain: 21%, Italy: 22%, Poland: 23%
- Luxembourg: 17%, Hungary: 27%, Denmark and Sweden: 25%
The exact rate for your delivery address is shown at checkout and on the invoice.
Outside the EU
For deliveries to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and other countries outside the EU we charge 0% VAT: the order is an export. The carrier charges import VAT, duties and a handling fee on delivery, according to the rules of your country. Those costs are for you and are not included in our price. See shipping countries and rates.
Your invoice
You receive the invoice as a PDF with the order confirmation, as soon as your payment is confirmed. You can download it at any time under My orders in your account. The invoice states our company details, your name and address, the products, the VAT per rate and the order number. It is your proof of purchase for warranty claims.
Credit notes
Whenever we refund an amount, for example after a return, a cancellation or a price correction, you receive a credit note as a PDF by e-mail. It refers to the original invoice and shows the refunded amount and VAT. Credit notes are also listed under My orders. Did we refund only part of an order? Then the credit note only covers that part.
Ordering for a company, club or shop
Do you want the invoice in your company's name? At checkout, fill in:
- the company name;
- your VAT number (for example NL123456789B01 or DE123456789);
- a separate billing address if the invoice should go to a different address than the delivery address.
These details appear on the invoice. We always charge the VAT of the country of delivery, also on business orders; we do not apply the reverse-charge rule. With the invoice and your VAT number you reclaim the VAT through your own return, where your country allows it. Business accounts also get 10% account discount in the webshop; read business account.
Changing an invoice afterwards
Forgot to enter your company details? E-mail [email protected] with your order number, the company name, VAT number and billing address. We correct the invoice with a credit note and a new invoice. This is possible until the end of the quarter in which you ordered.
Prices and the reference price
Prices in the webshop can change. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay, even if the product becomes cheaper or more expensive later. When we show a discount, the crossed-out price is the lowest price of the 30 days before the discount, see opening discount and price history.
