Everything in the Airsoft Bazaar webshop ships from our own stock in the Netherlands. The stock you see on a product page is live: it is updated with every order, return and delivery. This article explains how to read it, what happens with your items at checkout and what to do when a product is sold out.
The stock indicator
- In stock: we have the product on the shelf. Order before 12:00 on a working day and it ships the same day.
- Only X left: the last few pieces. The number is real and counts down with every order, so do not wait too long.
- Sold out: nothing on the shelf right now. You cannot add the product to your cart, but you can ask us to let you know when it is back.
For products with variants, such as sizes or colours, the stock is per variant. A combat shirt can be in stock in M and sold out in L.
Reserved for 60 minutes at checkout
As long as a product is only in your cart, it is not reserved: another customer can still buy the last piece. The moment you place the order and go to the payment page, the items are reserved for 60 minutes. Pay within that time and they are yours. Did the payment fail or did you close the payment screen? You receive an e-mail with a link to pay again; the reservation keeps running. After 60 minutes without payment the order is cancelled automatically and the stock goes back to the shop.
Is your cart emptied or an item reduced in quantity when you go to checkout? Then someone else was faster and we adjusted your cart to what is still available. The cart tells you which item that was.
No backorders
We do not take backorders or pre-orders. You can only order what we have in stock, so every order ships quickly and you never wait for a date we cannot promise. Is a product sold out? Use the back-in-stock notification below. Do you need a large quantity for a team or shop? E-mail [email protected] and we check what we can order for you.
Keep me posted: back-in-stock e-mail
- Open the product page and select the variant you want, for example the size.
- Click Keep me posted and enter your e-mail address; when you are logged in it is filled in for you.
- As soon as the product is back in stock you receive one e-mail with a link to the product. First come, first served: the e-mail does not reserve the product for you.
You receive one e-mail per product. Did you miss it and is the product sold out again? Register again and we e-mail you the next time.
While stocks last during the opening
During the opening sale and other campaigns some products sell out in hours. The stock indicator stays accurate: "only 3 left" means exactly that. A sold-out product may come back later, but not necessarily at the promotional price; read opening discount and price history.
Sold out after you ordered?
That is rare, but it can happen that an item turns out to be damaged or miscounted when we pack your order. In that case we e-mail you immediately. You can wait for the restock or have the item refunded; the rest of your order ships as normal. See cancelling an order.
