These terms and conditions apply to every offer and every purchase in the webshop of Airsoft Bazaar. They are separate from the terms of use for the marketplace, which apply to listings and payment requests between users. By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Company details

2. Offer, prices and discounts
2.1 All prices in the webshop are in euros and include VAT at the rate of the country of delivery. Shipping costs are shown separately before you pay. For deliveries outside the EU no VAT is charged; import duties and taxes levied on delivery are for your account.
2.2 Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer, such as a clearly wrong price, do not bind Airsoft Bazaar. We will inform you and you may cancel the order free of charge.
2.3 Product images are an indication. Small deviations in colour or finish are possible.
2.4 Stock shown in the webshop is updated in real time but is not a guarantee. If an item turns out to be unavailable after your order, we inform you as soon as possible and refund any payment.
2.5 When we show a discounted price, the crossed-out reference price is the lowest price we charged for that product in the 30 days before the discount started.
2.6 One discount code can be used per order. Discount codes and the account discount for Plus, Pro and business accounts are not combined; the highest discount applies. During store-wide promotions, such as the opening discount, discount codes and the account discount do not apply.
3. Agreement
3.1 An agreement is concluded when Airsoft Bazaar confirms your order by e-mail after receipt of payment, or, for Klarna, after Klarna has accepted the payment.
3.2 To order you need an Airsoft Bazaar account. You are responsible for the correctness of the details in your account and your order.
3.3 Airsoft Bazaar may refuse or cancel an order with a stated reason, for example when the legal requirements for a replica are not met, when a payment cannot be verified, or when there are serious indications of fraud.
4. Payment and invoice
4.1 Payment is made at checkout through one of the payment methods offered. Payments are processed by Pay.nl.
4.2 Items are reserved for 60 minutes after you place the order. An order that has not been paid within that time is cancelled automatically and the stock is released.
4.3 For Klarna, Klarna's terms also apply. Airsoft Bazaar has no influence on Klarna's acceptance decision.
4.4 You receive the invoice as a PDF with the order confirmation; it is also available under My orders. For every refund you receive a credit note.
5. Delivery
5.1 We deliver with GLS to the address you provide, in the countries and at the rates listed under shipping countries and rates.
5.2 Orders placed on a working day before 12:00 are shipped the same day. Delivery times are an indication. The legal maximum delivery term is 30 days; if we cannot meet that, you may cancel the agreement and we refund the full amount.
5.3 The risk of damage or loss passes to you at the moment the parcel is delivered to you or to someone appointed by you.
5.4 Replicas are delivered only in person to the account holder, at the name and address of the account. They are not delivered to parcel shops, parcel lockers or third parties.
5.5 Gas, CO2 and lithium batteries are shipped by road within the EU only.
6. Cancellation, right of withdrawal and returns
6.1 You can cancel a paid order yourself under My orders as long as it has not shipped. The full amount is then refunded automatically.
6.2 As a consumer you may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Airsoft Bazaar extends this period to 60 days.
6.3 During this period you handle the product and the packaging with care. You may only unpack and use the product as far as needed to assess whether you want to keep it. Value lost through further use may be deducted from the refund.
6.4 Excluded from the right of withdrawal are sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons once the seal is broken, such as gas, lubricants, BBs, underwear and face masks, and products made or modified to your specifications, such as custom builds.
6.5 You register a return from your account or by e-mail. You hand the product in at a GLS parcel shop within 14 days of registering, with all accessories and, where reasonably possible, in the original packaging.
6.6 Return costs are €5 per return and are deducted from the refund, except when we delivered a wrong, damaged or defective product.
6.7 We refund all payments, including the original shipping costs when the complete order is returned, within 14 days of receiving the return, using the payment method you used.

7. Conformity and warranty
7.1 Airsoft Bazaar guarantees that products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer and the reasonable requirements of soundness and usability, and with the legal provisions in force on the date the agreement was concluded.
7.2 Defects must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery, preferably within 2 months.
7.3 Defects caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect use, modifications, repairs by third parties, or failure to follow the manual are not covered.
7.4 Manufacturer's warranties are in addition to the legal warranty and never limit it.

8. Replicas and legal requirements
8.1 Airsoft replicas are only sold to buyers of 18 years or older who order for their own use and who meet the legal requirements of the country of delivery. At checkout you confirm this by means of declarations. In the Netherlands a valid NABV or ACA membership on your account is required (aspirant memberships excluded); in Germany you confirm the F mark and identify yourself on delivery; in the United Kingdom you confirm a valid defence under the VCRA or order a two-tone replica.
8.2 Airsoft Bazaar may request proof before shipping. If proof is not provided within 5 working days, the order is cancelled and refunded.
8.3 You are responsible for the lawful possession, transport and use of a replica in your country. The overview in airsoft law per country is informative and is not legal advice.
9. Liability
9.1 Airsoft Bazaar is not liable for damage caused by incorrect or unsafe use of products, or by use contrary to the manual or applicable law.
9.2 Airsoft Bazaar's liability is in any case limited to the amount of the order concerned, except in the case of intent or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.
10. Reviews
Product reviews can only be written by customers who bought the product in the webshop. Reviews are checked before publication; we do not change their content, and we remove reviews that violate the rules in product reviews.
11. Complaints and disputes
11.1 Complaints can be sent to [email protected]. We reply within 5 working days.
11.2 Can we not solve it together? As an EU consumer you may submit the dispute to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11.3 Dutch law applies to every agreement. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to the court of your own country of residence and to the mandatory consumer protection of that country.

13. Changes
Airsoft Bazaar may change these terms. The terms that applied at the time of your order remain applicable to that order.
