To place an order in the webshop you need an Airsoft Bazaar account. It is the same account you use on the marketplace and the forum. One login for everything. Ordering as a guest is not possible.
Why an account?
- All your orders, invoices, credit notes and track and trace codes are in one place under My orders.
- You cancel a paid order that has not shipped yet, register returns and report defects from your order, without looking up order numbers.
- Your address is remembered, so checkout takes seconds the next time.
- Plus, Pro and business accounts get their account discount automatically.
- For replicas we must know who the buyer is and verify the membership or declarations the law requires, see below.
- Out of stock? Ask to be notified the moment a product is back in stock; your e-mail address is filled in for you.

Already have a marketplace account?
Then you are ready to order. Log in with your usual details. Your marketplace listings, chats and buyer protection are completely separate from your webshop orders; nothing changes there.
Your name and address
We ship to the name and address in your order. Make sure your name and address are correct under account settings before you order. You can enter a different delivery address at checkout, for example your work address, except for replicas: a replica is always delivered in person to the account holder, so the name on the delivery address must be your own account name.
Ordering a replica
When your cart contains a replica, the checkout asks you to confirm a few declarations: that you are 18 or older and that you order for your own use and receive the parcel yourself. Depending on the country of delivery, more applies:
- Netherlands: a valid NABV or ACA membership, added to your account under account settings. Aspirant memberships do not count.
- Germany: you confirm that the replica carries the F mark and that you show ID on delivery.
- United Kingdom: you confirm a valid defence under the VCRA, such as a UKARA registration, or you order a two-tone replica.

Ordering for a company
Do you order for a company, club or shop? Enter your company name and VAT number at checkout and give a separate billing address if it differs from the delivery address. They appear on your invoice. Business accounts also get 10% account discount; read business account and VAT and invoices.
Your e-mails
Order confirmations, invoices, shipping updates and the review request go to the e-mail address of your account, in the language you placed the order in. Not receiving them? Check your spam folder and add [email protected] to your contacts.
Your privacy
We use your details only to process your order, ship it and provide support. We do not share them with third parties other than the carrier and the payment provider. Read our privacy statement.
