Airsoft Bazaar ships to all of Europe with GLS, from our warehouse in the Netherlands. The shipping costs depend on the zone your country is in, and every zone has its own threshold for free shipping. Below you find the full overview, the delivery time per country and what applies to gas, batteries and replicas.

The free-shipping threshold is based on the product total of your cart after discounts. Parcels heavier than 10 kg carry a weight surcharge: €5 in zone 1, €7.50 in zone 2, €10 in zone 3, €12.50 in zone 4 and €15 in zone 5. Costs are always shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay.
Delivery time per country
We ship on working days; orders placed before 12:00 leave the same day. Delivery times are in working days after dispatch and are an indication:
- Netherlands: 1 working day
- Belgium: 1 to 2 working days
- Germany, Luxembourg: 2 to 3 working days
- France, Denmark: 2 to 4 working days
- Austria: 3 to 4 working days
- Spain, Italy, Poland, Sweden: 3 to 5 working days
- Ireland, United Kingdom, Switzerland: 3 to 6 working days
- Portugal, Finland: 4 to 6 working days
- Other countries: 3 to 7 working days
For the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and the other countries outside the EU, customs clearance can add a few days. The product page shows the expected delivery date for your country.
Outside the EU: import duties
For deliveries outside the EU we charge 0% VAT. On delivery GLS charges the import VAT and duties of your country plus a handling fee. Those costs are for you. For the United Kingdom this applies to every order since Brexit. Read VAT and invoices.
Gas and batteries: EU only, by road
Green gas, CO2 capsules and lithium batteries (LiPo, Li-ion) are dangerous goods. We ship them by road within the EU only, packed separately in the parcel. We cannot ship them to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or any other country outside the EU, or to islands that GLS only serves by air. Is your cart a mix? Replicas: delivered in person
Airsoft replicas are delivered in person to the account holder, at the name and address of your account. GLS does not deliver them to parcel shops, parcel lockers, neighbours or third parties.
