Airsoft rules in Poland

  • ASG replicas with a muzzle energy below 17 joules are not weapons under Polish law, so no permit is needed to buy or own one.
  • Most shops and sellers only sell to adults (18+); respect that in private sales too.
  • Do not carry a replica openly in public: transport it in a closed case straight to the field.
  • Fields set their own joule limits per replica class; check them before you buy a high powered sniper rifle or DMR.
