The ACA in short
The ACA (Airsoft Combat Association) is an airsoft association in the Netherlands. Like the NABV, it is recognised by the government, so its members may own airsoft replicas in the Netherlands. The ACA organises its own events and issues its members a membership number and an ACA card.

Why a membership is required in the Netherlands
Under Dutch weapons law airsoft replicas may only be owned by members of an airsoft association recognised by the government. For a long time the NABV was the only one; the ACA is the second recognised association. Without such a membership you may not own, buy or sell a replica in the Netherlands, which is why Airsoft Bazaar asks residents of the Netherlands for a membership number. A membership of the ACA is just as valid on Airsoft Bazaar as one of the NABV.
What "ACA number verified" on a profile means
Every resident of the Netherlands enters an NABV or ACA membership number when creating an account. We check an ACA number directly with the ACA: only when the ACA confirms that the number belongs to an active member does the profile show ACA number verified. We repeat that check regularly, so a lapsed membership disappears from the profile again.
The verification tells you that you are dealing with a registered airsoft player. It does not say anything about how reliable someone is as a seller: look at the reviews and the other verifications on the profile for that, and pay through a payment request for buyer protection.
Your ACA number on Airsoft Bazaar
- Registration. Enter your membership number on the registration form. It is checked with the ACA right away; an unknown number is refused.
- Changing it. Under Dashboard → Account → Profile you can change or add a number. A changed number is checked again.
- Buying replicas in the webshop. Replicas only ship to members whose ACA card has been approved. Upload a photo or PDF of your card under Dashboard → Account → Verification; see Buying replicas. Full members only: an aspirant membership is not enough.
