Depending on the payment method, the processing time of a payment may differ.

- Apple Pay: instant
- Google Pay: instant
- Klarna: instant (can be used for SEPA and pay in instalments)
While the payment is still being processed, the status in the chat shows "The payment is being processed". The seller only ships the item after the payment has been confirmed; buyer and seller see this automatically in the chat. With bank transfers such as SEPA, confirmation can take a few working days.
How long is the money held?
After payment, Airsoft Bazaar holds the amount until the buyer has received the item. The buyer releases the amount by clicking View details in the chat and then I have received the item. If the buyer does not do this, the amount is released to the seller automatically 10 working days after payment. The exact date is shown in the chat and in the purchase overview.

When does the seller receive the money?
After the release, the amount is transferred within a few working days to the bank account the seller provided in their payout details.
How long does a refund take?
A refund (for example after an accepted proposal in a dispute) is initiated immediately. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it usually takes 5 to 10 working days before the amount is visible.
